Adding a name and dates

The lettering sets leave their bottom edge clear. Type the name and dates in your cutting software, in a plain typeface about a third of the height of the words, and centre them underneath. For glass, cut the design as a stencil and use etching cream; for a lantern or an ornament, permanent vinyl 70 to 90 mm wide.

Cardinals and feathers are the usual companions, a cardinal for a visit from someone who has died and a feather for a sign of them. Both are single pieces here and cut cleanly at ornament size.
