A tall collar with eleven hearts along its top and three rows of hearts cut from the band, for a wedding or Valentine cupcake piled high with icing. Cut 252 mm wide, it wraps a case 51 mm across the base and stands 72 mm up its side, opening to 80 mm at the rim.
