Three loose pieces for one tier: a strip that rolls into a drum, a scalloped plate and a round base. Fold the teeth in and glue them under the plate and on to the base. Cut 198 mm wide, the plate is 104 mm across on a drum 60 mm wide and 45 mm tall.
