A small hat with a base disc under its foot teeth. Thread a headband or ribbon through the two slots, 17 mm long and 30 mm apart. With a band and a feather. Cut 155 mm wide, it is 42 mm across the crown, 36 mm tall and 72 mm across the brim. Loose pieces.
