A paper top hat from one sheet: a crown strip with teeth on both edges, a hat band and a brim ring. The disc that falls out of the brim is the top of the crown. Cut 200 mm wide, the hat is 60 mm across the crown, 58 mm tall and 100 mm across the brim. Loose pieces.
