3D snowflake arm from a slit square SVG
One arm of the hanging snowflake: a square with three nested squares cut in it, each joined at two corners. Cut six, roll the free corners of each square together, front and back by turns, and join the arms. Cut 150 mm square, an arm is 212 mm long, the snowflake about 420 mm.
