Two rounds of ten narrow arms, each with a fold line cut across its middle. Pinch the fold as you bend the arm over and the loop comes to a point, like the petals of a dahlia. With a button for the middle. Cut 280 mm wide, the bow is up to 84 mm across. Loose pieces.
