Will it cut at your size?

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.

Size, width × height	Narrowest part	Cut length	Fit on a 12 in sheet	Rule of thumb
0.78 × 1 in (20 × 25 mm)	0.81 mm	190 mm	120	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
1.55 × 2 in (39 × 51 mm)	1.6 mm	380 mm	30	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
2.32 × 3 in (59 × 76 mm)	2.4 mm	570 mm	12	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
3.1 × 4 in (79 × 102 mm)	3.3 mm	760 mm	6	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
4.65 × 6 in (118 × 152 mm)	4.9 mm	1,140 mm	2	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
6.2 × 8 in (157 × 203 mm)	6.5 mm	1,520 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
9.3 × 12 in (236 × 305 mm)	9.8 mm	2,280 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
