Free essential oils SVG files

Free essential oils SVG files: a dropper bottle, a bottle with its dropper out, a roller bottle, a drop with a leaf, three drops, a diffuser with mist, a reed diffuser, a set of bottles, blank round and wide labels and a leafy monogram wreath. Every bottle and label is plain, with an empty panel for your own words.

Or choose one below for its PNG, DXF and cutting sizes.

Small bottles, small decals

Most of these designs end up very small. A dropper bottle holds 5 to 30 ml, a roller bottle is about 16 mm across, and the lid of a storage box takes a sticker of 15 to 20 mm. For anything that small use the drop with a leaf, the three drops or the round label, which have no thin parts. The dropper bottle has ribs on its collar that are 1.5 mm wide at 100 mm tall, so it is better at 50 mm and up, on a storage box, a tote or a class handout.

For lid stickers, cut the round label or the drop from printable vinyl or from permanent adhesive vinyl, and seal paper labels with clear tape: oil creeps, and it lifts ink and softens some adhesives. On glass roller bottles, wipe the glass with rubbing alcohol first so that the vinyl grips.

Blank on purpose

Every label panel here is empty, because the name on the bottle is yours: an oil, a blend or a person. The dropper bottle label is a window, so the surface behind shows through as the label. The two label designs and the monogram wreath are frames to put your own lettering inside, and they stretch to fit: unlock the proportions in your cutting software to match a tall or a wide bottle.

How to open the files

  • Cricut Design Space: choose Upload, pick the SVG, and add it to the canvas. Set the width you want; the shape is already welded.
  • Silhouette Studio: Designer Edition and above open the SVG. The free Basic Edition does not, so open the DXF instead.
  • LightBurn, xTool Creative Space and Glowforge: import the SVG, then set the layer to cut, score or engrave.
  • Inkscape, Illustrator and Affinity: open the SVG. It is a plain filled path, so you can recolour it, add a stroke or combine it with your own work.
  • Printing or sublimation: use the PNG, which has a transparent background.

Each design page lists the file’s narrowest part at seven sizes, so you can tell whether it will survive at the size you plan to cut.

Questions

What size should a label for a roller bottle be?

A common 10 ml roller bottle has a glass tube about 16 mm across and 60 mm tall, so a label about 45 mm wide wraps most of the way round and 25 to 30 mm of height leaves the ends of the tube clear. Measure your own bottle before cutting, as makes differ.

Will vinyl stay on a bottle that gets oily?

Permanent adhesive vinyl holds well on clean glass, but oil that runs under the edge will lift it in time. Clean the glass with rubbing alcohol before applying, keep the decal away from the neck, and wipe drips off the bottle after use.

Are the bottles modelled on a brand of oils?

No. They are the plain forms such bottles share: a round-shouldered glass, a ribbed collar, a rubber bulb, a steel ball. There is no brand name, label layout or cap design from any company, and every label is blank.
