Pop up card with a row of tulips SVG
Two loose pieces: a square card with three slots, and a strip of three tulips behind a grass edge. The three tabs of the strip push through the slots and glue down behind, and the flowers stand up when the card opens. Cut the file 280 mm tall for a 140 mm square card.

Will it cut at your size?
Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.
| Size, width × height | Narrowest part | Cut length | Fit on a 12 in sheet | Rule of thumb |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.88 × 1 in (22 × 25 mm) | 0.3 mm | 213 mm | 110 | Too fine for most machines |
| 1.76 × 2 in (45 × 51 mm) | 0.61 mm | 425 mm | 30 | Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care |
| 2.64 × 3 in (67 × 76 mm) | 0.91 mm | 638 mm | 12 | Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care |
| 3.52 × 4 in (89 × 102 mm) | 1.2 mm | 850 mm | 6 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 5.28 × 6 in (134 × 152 mm) | 1.8 mm | 1,276 mm | 2 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 7.04 × 8 in (179 × 203 mm) | 2.4 mm | 1,701 mm | 1 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 10.56 × 12 in (268 × 305 mm) | 3.7 mm | 2,551 mm | 1 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
