One day: twelve rows with a narrow column for the hour, a box of three priorities, five tick-box lines and a box for notes. Head the rows with your own hours. Print or cut it 210 mm tall for an A5 page, 148 mm wide.

Will it cut at your size?
Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.
