A blank A5 insert: the page edge, six ring holes in two groups of three, 19 mm apart with 70 mm between the groups, and a dashed line at the binding margin. Print or cut it 210 mm tall for an A5 page, 148 mm wide. Check the spacing against your binder first.

Will it cut at your size?
Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.
