× 0.98 in (25 × 25 mm)	1.4 mm	232 mm	100	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
× 1.96 in (51 × 50 mm)	2.8 mm	465 mm	25	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
× 2.94 in (76 × 75 mm)	4.2 mm	697 mm	9	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
× 3.92 in (102 × 100 mm)	5.6 mm	930 mm	4	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

× 11.76 in (305 × 299 mm)	17 mm	2,789 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
