Narrow banner bag topper with a coloured seal SVG
Two pieces: a narrow topper for pretzel rod and lolly bags, whose front hangs down as a banner with a swallowtail end, and a scalloped seal with a star to glue on in a second colour. Cut 60 mm wide, the banner is 82 mm long and the seal 38 mm across.
