Halloween bag topper with drips and bats SVG
Slime running down the front of the bag: six drips of different lengths below a band with two bats cut from it. In green or black card it suits any Halloween treat bag. Cut 105 mm wide, it folds to 105 by 60 mm at the longest drip.
