Bag topper with a scalloped edge SVG
The plain topper: a back panel, a fold, and a front panel that ends in seven scallops. Fold it over the top of the bag and staple through both layers. Cut 105 mm wide, it folds to 105 by 50 mm, which suits a bag 100 mm wide.
