Magnolia branch in bloom SVG
A bare woody branch with one flower wide open, one still a goblet and a bud about to split, the way a magnolia flowers before its leaves come. The tepals are thick and smooth, each edge cut as a fine channel.

Will it cut at your size?
Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.
| Size, width × height | Narrowest part | Cut length | Fit on a 12 in sheet | Rule of thumb |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 × 0.73 in (25 × 18 mm) | 0.43 mm | 250 mm | 130 | Too fine for most machines |
| 2 × 1.45 in (51 × 37 mm) | 0.86 mm | 500 mm | 35 | Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care |
| 3 × 2.18 in (76 × 55 mm) | 1.3 mm | 751 mm | 15 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 4 × 2.91 in (102 × 74 mm) | 1.7 mm | 1,001 mm | 6 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 6 × 4.36 in (152 × 111 mm) | 2.6 mm | 1,501 mm | 2 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 8 × 5.82 in (203 × 148 mm) | 3.5 mm | 2,002 mm | 2 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
| 12 × 8.72 in (305 × 222 mm) | 5.2 mm | 3,002 mm | 1 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
