Hello Sunshine outline lettering SVG
“Hello Sunshine” as hollow letters in a chunky rounded face: each letter is drawn as a line round its own edge, with a second loop round any counter. For colouring pages, foil and pen work, or layered over the solid version in a second colour.

Will it cut at your size?
Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.
| Size, width × height | Narrowest part | Cut length | Fit on a 12 in sheet | Rule of thumb |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 × 0.45 in (25 × 11 mm) | 0.36 mm | 334 mm | 180 | Too fine for most machines |
| 2 × 0.89 in (51 × 23 mm) | 0.71 mm | 668 mm | 55 | Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care |
| 3 × 1.34 in (76 × 34 mm) | 1.1 mm | 1,002 mm | 21 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 4 × 1.78 in (102 × 45 mm) | 1.4 mm | 1,336 mm | 12 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 6 × 2.68 in (152 × 68 mm) | 2.1 mm | 2,004 mm | 4 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 8 × 3.57 in (203 × 91 mm) | 2.8 mm | 2,672 mm | 3 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 12 × 5.35 in (305 × 136 mm) | 4.3 mm | 4,008 mm | 2 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
