Celtic tree of life in a knot ring, as a solid black shape
Celtic tree of life in a knot ring. The preview is the SVG file itself.

A tree whose three pairs of branches and two pairs of roots all end in spirals, inside a ring of two strands twisted round each other eighteen times. The spirals run into the ring, so the whole design is one piece.

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.
