A small scalloped ribbon with a star, set between two laurel branches that rise from behind its tails. The branches are welded to the tails, so the whole award is one piece.

Will it cut at your size?
Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.
| Size, width × height | Narrowest part | Cut length | Fit on a 12 in sheet | Rule of thumb |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 × 0.98 in (25 × 25 mm) | 0.58 mm | 359 mm | 100 | Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care |
| 2 × 1.96 in (51 × 50 mm) | 1.2 mm | 717 mm | 25 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 3 × 2.95 in (76 × 75 mm) | 1.8 mm | 1,076 mm | 9 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 4 × 3.93 in (102 × 100 mm) | 2.3 mm | 1,435 mm | 4 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 6 × 5.89 in (152 × 150 mm) | 3.5 mm | 2,152 mm | 2 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
| 8 × 7.86 in (203 × 200 mm) | 4.7 mm | 2,869 mm | 1 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
| 12 × 11.78 in (305 × 299 mm) | 7 mm | 4,304 mm | 1 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
