Jesus in Pacifico SVG

Jesus in Pacifico, as a solid black shape — Jesus in Pacifico. The preview is the SVG file itself.

“Jesus” set in Pacifico, a bold brush script. The letters of each word join, as handwriting does, so a word comes off the mat in one piece apart from any dots.

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.

Size, width × height	Narrowest part	Cut length	Fit on a 12 in sheet	Rule of thumb
1 × 0.39 in (25 × 10 mm)	0.74 mm	137 mm	200	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
2 × 0.77 in (51 × 20 mm)	1.5 mm	274 mm	60	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
3 × 1.16 in (76 × 29 mm)	2.2 mm	411 mm	24	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
4 × 1.55 in (102 × 39 mm)	2.9 mm	548 mm	12	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
6 × 2.32 in (152 × 59 mm)	4.4 mm	821 mm	4	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
8 × 3.1 in (203 × 79 mm)	5.9 mm	1,095 mm	3	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
12 × 4.64 in (305 × 118 mm)	8.8 mm	1,643 mm	2	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
