Hello Pumpkin in Pacifico, as a solid black shape — Hello Pumpkin in Pacifico. The preview is the SVG file itself.

“Hello Pumpkin” set in Pacifico, a bold brush script, on 2 centred lines. The letters of each word join, as handwriting does, so a word comes off the mat in one piece apart from any dots.

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.

Size, width × height	Narrowest part	Cut length	Fit on a 12 in sheet	Rule of thumb
1 × 0.81 in (25 × 21 mm)	0.48 mm	284 mm	120	Too fine for most machines
2 × 1.62 in (51 × 41 mm)	0.97 mm	568 mm	30	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
3 × 2.43 in (76 × 62 mm)	1.4 mm	852 mm	12	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
4 × 3.24 in (102 × 82 mm)	1.9 mm	1,136 mm	6	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
6 × 4.86 in (152 × 123 mm)	2.9 mm	1,704 mm	2	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
8 × 6.48 in (203 × 165 mm)	3.9 mm	2,272 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
12 × 9.72 in (305 × 247 mm)	5.8 mm	3,408 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
