“Grandma” in Pacifico script with a tapering swash swept underneath it, welded to the word where a letter dips down to meet it, or sitting just below it where none does.

Will it cut at your size?

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.

Size, width × height	Narrowest part	Cut length	Fit on a 12 in sheet	Rule of thumb
1 × 0.41 in (25 × 10 mm)	0.46 mm	199 mm	200	Too fine for most machines
2 × 0.82 in (51 × 21 mm)	0.91 mm	397 mm	55	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
3 × 1.23 in (76 × 31 mm)	1.4 mm	596 mm	24	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
4 × 1.64 in (102 × 42 mm)	1.8 mm	795 mm	12	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
6 × 2.46 in (152 × 62 mm)	2.7 mm	1,192 mm	4	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
8 × 3.28 in (203 × 83 mm)	3.7 mm	1,589 mm	3	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
12 × 4.92 in (305 × 125 mm)	5.5 mm	2,384 mm	2	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
