Will it cut at your size?

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.

Size, width × height	Narrowest part	Cut length	Fit on a 12 in sheet	Rule of thumb
1 × 0.2 in (25 × 5 mm)	0.89 mm	78 mm	300	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
2 × 0.39 in (51 × 10 mm)	1.8 mm	155 mm	100	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
3 × 0.59 in (76 × 15 mm)	2.7 mm	233 mm	45	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
4 × 0.78 in (102 × 20 mm)	3.6 mm	311 mm	24	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
6 × 1.18 in (152 × 30 mm)	5.3 mm	466 mm	8	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
8 × 1.57 in (203 × 40 mm)	7.1 mm	622 mm	6	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
12 × 2.35 in (305 × 60 mm)	11 mm	933 mm	4	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
