× 0.95 in (25 × 24 mm)	0.53 mm	199 mm	100	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
× 1.89 in (51 × 48 mm)	1.1 mm	397 mm	25	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
× 2.84 in (76 × 72 mm)	1.6 mm	596 mm	12	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
× 3.79 in (102 × 96 mm)	2.1 mm	795 mm	6	Vinyl, card and thin sheet

× 11.36 in (305 × 289 mm)	6.4 mm	2,384 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
