Layered Happy Birthday cake topper SVG
Two layers to cut from two colours of card: a backing 2.6 mm wider all round than the lettering, with both stakes on it, and the lettering to glue on top. The backing stiffens the topper, so thin glitter card over plain card stands without bending.
