Happy Birthday cake topper in a hoop SVG
The greeting set inside a ring: the first and last letters of “Birthday” run into the ring on either side, which carries the words, and one stake drops from the foot of the ring. Cut 150 mm wide, the ring is 9 mm broad, the topper 210 mm tall and the stake 10 mm wide.
