Distressed yin yang SVG

Distressed yin yang, as a solid black shape — Distressed yin yang. The preview is the SVG file itself.

The sign mirrored, so the dark half rises on the left, with a heavier ring and worn patches, flakes and scratches knocked out of it, for a weathered print on shirts and signs. The wear leaves a few loose crumbs.

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.

Size, width × height	Narrowest part	Cut length	Fit on a 12 in sheet	Rule of thumb
1 × 1 in (25 × 25 mm)	0.46 mm	260 mm	100	Too fine for most machines
2 × 2 in (51 × 51 mm)	0.91 mm	520 mm	25	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
3 × 3 in (76 × 76 mm)	1.4 mm	780 mm	9	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
4 × 4 in (102 × 102 mm)	1.8 mm	1,040 mm	4	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
6 × 6 in (152 × 152 mm)	2.7 mm	1,561 mm	1	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
8 × 8 in (203 × 203 mm)	3.7 mm	2,081 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
12 × 12 in (305 × 305 mm)	5.5 mm	3,121 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
