Wifey in Pacifico SVG

Wifey in Pacifico, as a solid black shape — Wifey in Pacifico. The preview is the SVG file itself.

“Wifey” set in Pacifico, a bold brush script. The letters of each word join, as handwriting does, so a word comes off the mat in one piece apart from any dots.

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.

Size, width × height	Narrowest part	Cut length	Fit on a 12 in sheet	Rule of thumb
1 × 0.52 in (25 × 13 mm)	0.69 mm	190 mm	160	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
2 × 1.05 in (51 × 27 mm)	1.4 mm	380 mm	45	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
3 × 1.57 in (76 × 40 mm)	2.1 mm	571 mm	18	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
4 × 2.1 in (102 × 53 mm)	2.7 mm	761 mm	10	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
6 × 3.14 in (152 × 80 mm)	4.1 mm	1,141 mm	3	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
8 × 4.19 in (203 × 106 mm)	5.5 mm	1,522 mm	2	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
12 × 6.29 in (305 × 160 mm)	8.2 mm	2,283 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
