A simpler hearts card as a drawing: solid lines where you cut, round the edge, one large heart and five small ones, and a dashed line down the fold. Print it 210 mm wide on A4 card, cut with a craft knife, score the dashed line and fold.

Will it cut at your size?
Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.
