Vacay Mode in script and capitals, as a solid black shape — Vacay Mode in script and capitals. The preview is the SVG file itself.

“Vacay” in Pacifico script over “MODE” in narrow capitals, the two lines made the same width. Mixing a script with capitals is the classic sign-painter’s pairing.

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.

Size, width × height	Narrowest part	Cut length	Fit on a 12 in sheet	Rule of thumb
0.96 × 1 in (24 × 25 mm)	0.56 mm	360 mm	100	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
1.93 × 2 in (49 × 51 mm)	1.1 mm	720 mm	25	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
2.89 × 3 in (73 × 76 mm)	1.7 mm	1,080 mm	9	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
3.85 × 4 in (98 × 102 mm)	2.2 mm	1,440 mm	6	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
5.78 × 6 in (147 × 152 mm)	3.4 mm	2,160 mm	2	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

11.56 × 12 in (294 × 305 mm)	6.7 mm	4,319 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
