Will it cut at your size?

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.

Size, width × height	Narrowest part	Cut length	Fit on a 12 in sheet	Rule of thumb
1 × 0.89 in (25 × 23 mm)	1.1 mm	213 mm	110	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
2 × 1.77 in (51 × 45 mm)	2.2 mm	425 mm	30	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
3 × 2.66 in (76 × 68 mm)	3.3 mm	638 mm	12	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
4 × 3.55 in (102 × 90 mm)	4.4 mm	850 mm	6	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
6 × 5.32 in (152 × 135 mm)	6.6 mm	1,276 mm	2	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
8 × 7.1 in (203 × 180 mm)	8.7 mm	1,701 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
12 × 10.64 in (305 × 270 mm)	13 mm	2,551 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
