Sister outline lettering SVG

Sister outline lettering, drawn as a line — Sister outline lettering. The preview is the SVG file itself.

“Sister” as hollow letters in a chunky rounded face: each letter is drawn as a line round its own edge, with a second loop round any counter. For colouring pages, foil and pen work, or layered over the solid version in a second colour.

Will it cut at your size?

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.

Size, width × height	Narrowest part	Cut length	Fit on a 12 in sheet	Rule of thumb
1 × 0.27 in (25 × 7 mm)	0.36 mm	223 mm	260	Too fine for most machines
2 × 0.54 in (51 × 14 mm)	0.71 mm	445 mm	80	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
3 × 0.81 in (76 × 20 mm)	1.1 mm	668 mm	36	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
4 × 1.08 in (102 × 27 mm)	1.4 mm	890 mm	18	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
6 × 1.61 in (152 × 41 mm)	2.1 mm	1,335 mm	6	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
8 × 2.15 in (203 × 55 mm)	2.8 mm	1,780 mm	5	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
12 × 3.23 in (305 × 82 mm)	4.3 mm	2,670 mm	3	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
