A card for a present of money. Roll a banknote, tie it with thread and slide it under the two straps in the front: it becomes the diploma under the cap. Cut 216 mm wide it folds to 4.25 × 5.5 inches (A2); each slit is 20 mm long, for a roll about 12 mm thick.

Will it cut at your size?
