Comma French curve for armholes, as a solid black shape
Comma French curve for armholes. The preview is the SVG file itself.

A fat round head that curls round to a blunt point, like a comma. The head gives the tight curves of an armhole or a crotch seam; a round hole and a slot repeat them smaller.

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.
