× 0.78 in (25 × 20 mm)	0.56 mm	261 mm	120	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
× 1.56 in (51 × 40 mm)	1.1 mm	521 mm	30	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
× 2.33 in (76 × 59 mm)	1.7 mm	782 mm	12	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
× 3.11 in (102 × 79 mm)	2.2 mm	1,042 mm	6	Vinyl, card and thin sheet

× 9.34 in (305 × 237 mm)	6.7 mm	3,127 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
