Layered card template with a round frame SVG
Two colours: a square side-fold card with a round window in the front, and a scalloped ring to glue round the window as a frame in a second colour. Cut 280 mm wide the card folds to 140 mm square, with a window 78 mm across inside the frame.

Will it cut at your size?
