Birthday Crew in Pacifico, as a solid black shape — Birthday Crew in Pacifico. The preview is the SVG file itself.

“Birthday Crew” set in Pacifico, a bold brush script, on 2 centred lines. The letters of each word join, as handwriting does, so a word comes off the mat in one piece apart from any dots.

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.

Size, width × height	Narrowest part	Cut length	Fit on a 12 in sheet	Rule of thumb
1 × 0.66 in (25 × 17 mm)	0.46 mm	250 mm	140	Too fine for most machines
2 × 1.31 in (51 × 33 mm)	0.91 mm	500 mm	40	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
3 × 1.97 in (76 × 50 mm)	1.4 mm	751 mm	15	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
4 × 2.63 in (102 × 67 mm)	1.8 mm	1,001 mm	8	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
6 × 3.94 in (152 × 100 mm)	2.7 mm	1,501 mm	2	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
8 × 5.26 in (203 × 134 mm)	3.7 mm	2,002 mm	2	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
12 × 7.88 in (305 × 200 mm)	5.5 mm	3,002 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
