Two loose pieces: a side-fold card with eleven stars cut out of the front, and a liner to glue inside the front in a second colour so the stars show in it. Cut 243 mm tall, the card folds to 4.25 × 5.5 inches (A2) and the liner is 95 × 127 mm.
