Bestie with a drop shadow SVG

Bestie with a drop shadow, in layered colours — Bestie with a drop shadow. The preview is the SVG file itself.

“Bestie” in Pacifico script in two colours: the words, and a thicker copy behind them shifted down and to the right as a shadow. The shadow layer is one solid piece, which makes the whole design easy to place.

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.

Size, width × height	Narrowest part	Cut length	Fit on a 12 in sheet	Rule of thumb
1 × 0.36 in (25 × 9 mm)	0.89 mm	284 mm	210	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
2 × 0.71 in (51 × 18 mm)	1.8 mm	568 mm	65	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
3 × 1.07 in (76 × 27 mm)	2.7 mm	853 mm	27	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
4 × 1.42 in (102 × 36 mm)	3.6 mm	1,137 mm	14	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
6 × 2.13 in (152 × 54 mm)	5.3 mm	1,705 mm	5	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
8 × 2.84 in (203 × 72 mm)	7.1 mm	2,274 mm	4	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
12 × 4.26 in (305 × 108 mm)	11 mm	3,411 mm	2	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
