Ballet dancer in a split leap SVG
A grand jeté caught at the top: both legs stretched level, the front arm reaching up and the back arm trailing. Wide and low, so it suits the top of a recital programme or a dance bag.

Will it cut at your size?
Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.
| Size, width × height | Narrowest part | Cut length | Fit on a 12 in sheet | Rule of thumb |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 × 0.46 in (25 × 12 mm) | 0.84 mm | 102 mm | 180 | Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care |
| 2 × 0.91 in (51 × 23 mm) | 1.7 mm | 204 mm | 50 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 3 × 1.37 in (76 × 35 mm) | 2.5 mm | 306 mm | 21 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 4 × 1.83 in (102 × 46 mm) | 3.4 mm | 407 mm | 12 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
| 6 × 2.74 in (152 × 70 mm) | 5 mm | 611 mm | 4 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
| 8 × 3.66 in (203 × 93 mm) | 6.7 mm | 815 mm | 3 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
| 12 × 5.48 in (305 × 139 mm) | 10 mm | 1,222 mm | 2 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
