“Welcome to Our Home” with a little house above the words: the first line in Pacifico script, the rest in narrow capitals, the lines made the same width. The picture is a separate piece, so it can be cut in a second colour or left off.

Will it cut at your size?
Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.
| Size, width × height | Narrowest part | Cut length | Fit on a 12 in sheet | Rule of thumb |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.56 × 1 in (14 × 25 mm) | 0.15 mm | 391 mm | 160 | Too fine for most machines |
| 1.11 × 2 in (28 × 51 mm) | 0.3 mm | 782 mm | 45 | Too fine for most machines |
| 1.67 × 3 in (42 × 76 mm) | 0.46 mm | 1,173 mm | 18 | Too fine for most machines |
| 2.22 × 4 in (56 × 102 mm) | 0.61 mm | 1,564 mm | 10 | Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care |
| 3.33 × 6 in (85 × 152 mm) | 0.91 mm | 2,345 mm | 3 | Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care |
| 4.44 × 8 in (113 × 203 mm) | 1.2 mm | 3,127 mm | 2 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 6.66 × 12 in (169 × 305 mm) | 1.8 mm | 4,691 mm | 1 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
The narrowest part is the thinnest neck or wall beside a cut-out; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
