“Welcome to Our Farmhouse” in Pacifico script in two colours: the words, and a thicker copy behind them shifted down and to the right as a shadow. The shadow layer is one solid piece, which makes the whole design easy to place.

Will it cut at your size?
Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.
| Size, width × height | Narrowest part | Cut length | Fit on a 12 in sheet | Rule of thumb |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 × 0.41 in (25 × 11 mm) | 0.38 mm | 373 mm | 190 | Too fine for most machines |
| 2 × 0.83 in (51 × 21 mm) | 0.76 mm | 746 mm | 55 | Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care |
| 3 × 1.24 in (76 × 32 mm) | 1.1 mm | 1,119 mm | 24 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 4 × 1.66 in (102 × 42 mm) | 1.5 mm | 1,491 mm | 12 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 6 × 2.48 in (152 × 63 mm) | 2.3 mm | 2,237 mm | 4 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 8 × 3.31 in (203 × 84 mm) | 3 mm | 2,983 mm | 3 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
| 12 × 4.97 in (305 × 126 mm) | 4.6 mm | 4,474 mm | 2 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
