Free for personal and commercial use, no sign-up. What you can do with it.
“Happy” in Pacifico script over “40TH BIRTHDAY” in narrow capitals, the two lines made the same width. Mixing a script with capitals is the classic sign-painter’s pairing.

Will it cut at your size?
Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.
| Size, width × height | Narrowest part | Cut length | Fit on a 12 in sheet | Rule of thumb |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.76 × 1 in (19 × 25 mm) | 0.38 mm | 424 mm | 120 | Too fine for most machines |
| 1.52 × 2 in (39 × 51 mm) | 0.76 mm | 849 mm | 35 | Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care |
| 2.29 × 3 in (58 × 76 mm) | 1.1 mm | 1,273 mm | 12 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 3.05 × 4 in (77 × 102 mm) | 1.5 mm | 1,698 mm | 6 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 4.57 × 6 in (116 × 152 mm) | 2.3 mm | 2,547 mm | 2 | Vinyl, card and thin sheet |
| 6.1 × 8 in (155 × 203 mm) | 3 mm | 3,395 mm | 1 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
| 9.14 × 12 in (232 × 305 mm) | 4.6 mm | 5,093 mm | 1 | Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic |
The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
