Will it cut at your size?

Scaling a design scales its thinnest part too. Here is this one at seven sizes, from 1 to 12 inches on its longer side, with how many copies fit a 12 × 12 inch sheet or mat.

Size, width × height	Narrowest part	Cut length	Fit on a 12 in sheet	Rule of thumb
1 × 0.76 in (25 × 19 mm)	0.64 mm	325 mm	120	Fine detail: vinyl and paper only, weed with care
2 × 1.52 in (51 × 39 mm)	1.3 mm	649 mm	35	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
3 × 2.28 in (76 × 58 mm)	1.9 mm	974 mm	12	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
4 × 3.04 in (102 × 77 mm)	2.5 mm	1,298 mm	6	Vinyl, card and thin sheet
6 × 4.56 in (152 × 116 mm)	3.8 mm	1,948 mm	2	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
8 × 6.08 in (203 × 154 mm)	5.1 mm	2,597 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic
12 × 9.12 in (305 × 232 mm)	7.6 mm	3,895 mm	1	Any material, including 3 mm wood and acrylic

The narrowest part is the thinnest neck that holds the design together; sharp tips are not counted. For wood and acrylic, keep it at least as wide as the sheet is thick. How to open the file in Cricut, Silhouette and laser software.
